Honestly, there isn't much here for me to say at all. It simply is the same genre, not the same game and I can see just from my limited play time that there is enough depth to be worth sinking time into developing skill. The game is different to Chiv 1 and Mord, not worse, combat wise.
Chivalry 2 beta end time how to#
The depth - This might be left of field to some veterans but there is serious potential here, all the building blocks are right there we just don't know how to use it all yet. Coupled with all the interact-able items, siege weapons and the scenery TBS really is to be commended here.Ĭharacter and item detail - The animations (emotes) and look of the characters is spot on, really love how they look, I cant wait to see what the customization holds as I am a sucker for medieval dress ups.

The Scale - The maps feel big and detailed, again performance/fidelity comes into count here and its amazing how well it runs with maps that look this good.

The character personalities - completely hilarious, I am not sure how the customization works in the full game but I hope you can pick your voice to run all the time, I am in love with the boasting Mason Knight. The graphics and performance - Seriously amazing looking game, no graphical glitches that I experienced and the game ran smooth the whole time which is quite a feat (anyone remember the BF3 beta? well there has been none of that!). The game is fantastic, honestly I signed up to reddit just so I could share my thoughts and some feedback but firstly congratulate TBS on what they have made, with strong support this game will really be something amazing from launch and into the future.
